#410 Seeking Refuge

Play

Stories of escaping the chaos. Fleeing from a war zone. Going on a meditation retreat, and looking for ways to retreat from the retreat.

‘Enlightenment Now’ by Evana Ho

When Evana Ho went on a week-long silent meditation retreat, she wasn’t really sure what she wanted. Inner peace? Maybe. An interesting experience – certainly. She got more than she bargained for.

Evana is the creator of the Love, Canberra: a podcast of intimate conversations about love, sex and relationships, from the capital of Australia.
